The charming village of Leiper’s Fork may be small but it’s full of a variety of shops that are definitely worth strolling through.

Downtown Franklin & The Factory
Downtown Franklin & The Factory at Franklin are home to a variety of shops ranging from high end boutiques to approaching antique shops. You could easily spend a day strolling the shops in Downtown Franklin alone but be sure to pop just up the road to The Factory which is home to even more of the same!
Our favorite shops in the neighborhood are:
- Franklin Antique Mall
- Fork of the South General Store (in the Factory at Franklin)
- Iron Gate (home, linens)
- Jondie (clothing)
- Philanthropy (clothing, gifts, some home)
Pro Tip: Start your Saturday at the Franklin Farmer’s Market at the Factory every Saturday morning! NOTE: Farmer’s market is not dog-friendly.

Town Square / Downtown Columbia, TN
The Downtown area of Columbia has undergone a bit of a revitalization in recent years and is now home to some great shopping. Though there are mostly antique style shops, we’re seeing more modern shops begin to make an appearance, too.
Our favorite shops in the neighborhood are:
- Bleu 32 Antique Marketplace (antiques, clothing, variety)
- Poppy Made by Hand (gift shop)
- Coming Home (home store)
- 2 Storey Antiques (not right in the square but a short drive)
